About this stay
Fully independent studio of 32 m² composed of a fitted and equipped kitchen, reversible air conditioning, bathroom with XL shower, convertible sofa for daily use (bed 160 x 200), and free wi-fi via fiber; it has a private shaded and furnished terrace with a dining area and a parking space within the villa's enclosure. Motorcycles can park directly on the main terrace and bicycles have a locked box for their use.
You will also enjoy a 80 m² terrace facing south with sunbathing, summer kitchen and charcoal barbecue.
Breakfast is offered every morning at a price of 8 € per person with homemade products (yogurts, compote, brioches, jams); packed lunches (hot or cold) at a price of 10 € per person are available for our hiking, cycling, motorcycling guests or in case of late arrival.
Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the rates.
You benefit from a 5% discount from 3 consecutive nights and 10% per week.
We have a "special motorcyclist(s)" package including breakfast solo or duo (contact us directly to take advantage of it).
We offer gift cards valid for 18 months to give to those you love containing a night with breakfast for two people (contact us directly to take advantage of it).
You will find in the accommodation all the necessary documentation to discover our beautiful region from the tourist office.
We are located in the Vésubie valley, at the gates of the Mercantour National Park, with many sites of interest and outdoor activities nearby (the Lantosque via ferrata, the only thermal resort in the department at Berthemont les Bains and the largest zip line in France from la Colmiane about 30 minutes away), and we are also 10 minutes from the route des grandes Alpes (access by the Turini pass).
You have a Carrefour market open 7 days a week and a 24-hour service station 10 minutes from the accommodation, as well as two electric charging stations 5 minutes away, in the center of Lantosque.

Nous avons passé une très agréable nuit dans cet endroit charmant et au calme. Sandrine est une hôte très accueillante, attentionnée et vraiment aux petits soins pour ses clients. Un grand bravo également pour le petit-déjeuner, entièrement fait maison : un vrai régal ! 😊 Un lieu chaleureux, au calme et très propre. Nous recommandons vivement. Un excellent séjour à la montagne où tout était réuni : la beauté des paysages et de la nature, un hébergement au delà de nos attentes et une hôtesse formidable. Le gîte est très propre, fonctionnel , très bien équipé. La literie est très bonne, confortable et grande (160) nous avons dormi comme des bébés. Les lendemains petits déjeuners confectionnés et servis par Sandrine. Confitures maison, brioches maison compotes er jus de fruits maison. Un vrai régal! Nous vous conseillons vivement cet hébergement tenu par Sandrine tout en sourire et amoureuse des gens. Ça fait du bien!
Le gîte à réserver !! Un grand merci à Sandrine pour son accueil si chaleureux ! Le lieu est magnifique, au cœur des montagnes, et d'une propreté impeccable !! La déco intérieure et extérieure sont choisies avec goût et permettent de se sentir bien, en vacances même si on ne vient qu'un week-end. Le bonus avec le petit déjeuner maison (brioche, confitures, yaourt, et compote maisons), un vrai régal ! Nous reviendrons pour decouvrir d'avantage le coin riche de nature et d'histoire.
